* Most shipments are delivered via supplier transport to your desired location.
* It is the buyer(s) responsibility to provide a physical address (Either home or business address) for delivery. Supplier(s) do not deliver to a PO BOX.
* NO! Shipment shall be released to unauthorized personnel for security purposes, shipments shall only be released to the “Order Contact” (Individual whom placed the order) unless explicitly instructed otherwise by the “Order Contact”
* Shipments are shipped out from Monday to Friday, should there be a delay of the shipment, the “Order Contact” will be notified via email of the delay.
* NO! Shipment shall be dispatched over weekends or public holidays unless informed otherwise by Syna Air-Conditioning & Electrical staff.
* All orders are to be paid in full before any shipment is dispatched. If you are unsure about the courier cost to your area, please ask a question.
* Unfortunately we do not allow collections from our warehouse(s) unless special arrangement has been made.
* Please make sure of the terms and conditions before placing an order as NO REFUND shall be given should it not meet our terms and conditions/ warranty policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not place an order as the refund process shall only be conducted 7 days AFTER your order has been placed.
* Should the ordered brand not provide transportation of your order, we will notify you of the delivery / courier charges after your order has been placed and processed.
* All shipments are dispatch the “Next Day” unless the order date falls upon a public holiday or weekend.
